5 years since we said our vows. 7 years since we said “I love you” for the first time. 8 trips together. 1 new house. 1 miscarriage. 1 career change.

All of my favorite memories are with you. All the countless hours laughing together. Even during the hardest times in our lives, we’re there for each other. I love the people we’ve become together. Every year we get better, as individuals and as a couple. I am so thankful for you. I cannot imagine my life without you. You are my soul mate, my forever best friend.

Seeing you as a father has evoked love in me that I didn’t think was possible. I knew she would be perfect, but perfect doesn’t even describe her accurately. She is everything. Our family is our greatest achievement. I am so proud of what our love has created and I cannot wait to see what the next year brings.
